Oracle cards, Stress release, and Grieving

Taking the shame out of grieving. Whether you are grieving someone you lost, a relationship, or a dream, it's important to release the stress through physical action, allow yourself to feel the loss, honor that, and then flow through it and back out again. It's the flow in and out that we need to practice, not ignoring the emotions altogether.
